After much deliberation, it was decided that our VISION had to send a strong message that indicated that Saint Lucia Football Association was futuristic and that strategic thinking formed the basis of our proposed activities for the next four years.

The Saint Lucia Football Associations’ Vision was established to be “Propelling St. Lucia Football to the highest Heights”. The VISION implies that we envisage the following:

• Flight to get to our ultimate goal
• A final destination is in sight and that we are working to get there
• That opposing forces are at work and that we have to strategic to work with the obvious and not so obvious confines
• That a concise plan of action is required to guide our actions and to continue to produce positive results
• That our plan must be sustainable
