SLFA Grass Roots Strategic Plan | 2013
Grassroots development programme both technical and financial resources have been mobilized. These have focused on increasing participation at the base of the game through a number of ways, including financial assistance available to all 19 affiliates, their clubs and academies, technical and coaching assistance, training, equipment and supplies for the purpose of advancing grassroots football in each district.
